It is a professional light steel assembly construction enterprise founded by Modern Urban Construction Group and WORTHINGTON Industrial Group of the United States, which integrates product development, scientific and technological innovation, standard design and intelligent service. WORTHINGTON MODERN W-IBS Light Steel Structure Manufacturing Base is located in Xiantao City, Hubei Province. It is a demonstration base for light steel structure teaching and research, production and application of Wuhan University of Technology.

     The Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Construction of the People's Republic of China promulgated on September 12, 2018, the National Industry Standard JGJ/T 421-2018 No. J2589-2018, which was implemented on January 1, 2019, "Technical Standard for Cold Bay Thin-walled Steel Multi-storey Residential Buildings". WORTHINGTON MODERN Steel Structure Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is the participating unit.

Relying on the technical support of the shareholder company WORTHINGTON Industrial Group, WORTHINGTON MODERN introduced the full automatic cold-formed thin-walled steel keel forming equipment (UNIST-RL23PFBP) from the United States. All coils were precisely cut, punched at high speed, fed automatically, operated steadily and rolled under cloud control. Many light steel keel production lines, with a daily output of about 10 tons, can realize the integration of highly flexible and intelligent production of walls and floors. High efficiency, high level, high quality completion of construction cycle accuracy and length are fully guaranteed. They are the leaders in the field of light steel structure construction in China.

       JGJ/T 421-2018 Record No. J 2589-2018, issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Construction of the People's Republic of China on September 12, 2018, was implemented on January 1, 2019. The National Industry Standard "Technical Standard for Cold-formed Thin-walled Steel Multilayer Residential Buildings" was compiled and compiled by WORTHINGTON MODERN Steel Structure Manufacturing Co., Ltd.

       Modern Forest International City, built by W-IBS, is a model project of light steel structure healthy residential building in Xiantao City. Nine five-storey all-light steel garden houses with a total area of about 20,000 feet. From design to processing, to installation and construction, W-IBS is presented to consumers perfectly in strict accordance with provincial industrial laws and regulations, which strongly supports the market positioning of developers in developing high-end products.
