On December 7, 2018, the Golf International Community Cold-formed Thin-walled Light Steel Villa Area Project, which was constructed by our company Worthington Modern Steel Structure Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Worthington Modern), passed the evaluation of relevant experts and was approved to be recommended as the "Wuhan Assembled Building Pilot Demonstration Project".It is worth mentioning that this project has also become the only light steel assembly construction project selected for this pilot project.

Through professional calculation and analysis, the expert group determined that the assembly rate of cold-formed thin-walled light steel villas in Golf International Community was as high as 79%.The expert group agreed that the declared project conforms to the basic characteristics of assembled building including standardized design, factory production, assembly construction, integrated decoration and information management. Meet the evaluation conditions of Wuhan assembly building pilot demonstration project, agreed to recommend it as "Wuhan assembly building pilot demonstration project".
